The running season just started and besides „normal“ races, there are those opstacle courses for badasses. 😉 Crawling trough dust and mud, climbing over obstacles, lugging weight – absolutely normal at Tough Mudder or the Spartan Race. On the one side, I would LOVE to take place, but on the other side I am just too much „girl“ for this. Nonetheless I want to share the little graphic, Jenny from beingfitisfun designet, with you. Maybe some of my readers are that crazy to take part at such an race? Anyways, for all the other fitnessfreaks: this 1-month plan makes sense for everyone! It is only available in German, but I am sure Google Translater will do his job!
