Summer Lunch

A light but warm meal on hot summer days? Not that easy, but here’s my favorite option: whole grain pasta with pesto and salad!


You need:

100g whole grain pasta


2 garlic cloves, peeled
1/4 cup green olives
1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup dried tomatoes
1/2 teaspoon seasalt


1  handful rucola
2 carrots
5  cocktailtomatoes
1/2 avocado
1/4 cucumber
olive oil dressing

How to:

Cut the ingredients for the pesto and put them into the mixer. Cook it for 2 minutes.
Boil water and cook the pasta al dente.
Cut your vegetables and make a salad.
