I love sports, I love to move and to challenge my body. Mostly I love to workout in the nature and give my best. What I don’t like is that it is getting cold and I can’t wear any more just shorts and a top for my training. Yep, it is already autumn and soon it will be winter- now it is time to think about how to keep your body warm whilst doing workouts outside to not get sick. Long tights, high socks, shirt with a jacket over it, and maybe already gloves, scarfs and a hat. On days like this I think about moving forever in the south and not wearing tons of clothes for going outside.
But if you think about it: if you don’t accept the winter, how could you appreciate the warm summer and it’s newest styles? And to be honest: I love to buy new sports clothes, even if it is for winter- the new stuff in the stores looks awesome!

Well, this is none of the winter outfits I am talking about, and unfortunately I guess this one will be the last one I can show you for this year. The blue tights are just perfect for dreary winter days and I just love to add a vest to my outfit. the streetstyle collection from Nike has ways too beautiful pieces and you can wear them easy as an daytime outfit.
The Nike Lunarglide 7 is my favorite shoe at the moment for slow runs. I have to admin, I almost never run slow, I prefer short, fast runs just as interval trainings instead of long runs. BUT as it is getting colder and the air much cleaner I even enjoy running, because I feel to breath better!
